Everything in the catalogue except the client deployment licences, in one download, plus whatever gets released over the following year. One payment. This is not a subscription and nothing renews: after twelve months you keep everything you have, you simply stop receiving new additions.
One thing worth explaining before you add it up. Every smaller product here is a subset of The Complete Library rather than a separate set of files. The Nine and The Library draw their scenarios from it, and the three single blueprints are the same files as scenarios 1, 4 and 7 under different names. So the count is 43, not the sum of the pages: 27 scenarios and 16 Slack versions of them. Nothing in the catalogue is missing from this folder.

What you need before you buy
- A Make.com account. Most scenarios here run on the free plan. Where one needs a paid tier, the setup guide says so on the first page of that section.
- The union of what the individual products list. A Slack workspace only if you want the Slack versions. A paid Make.com tier once more than a handful of the scheduled scenarios are running.

Refund policy
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with, and say which product it is. You do not have to give a reason.
Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, though that is your bank's timing rather than ours. The seller issues the refund directly; there is no third party you need to chase and no committee to persuade.
Because these are files you download, we cannot take them back. Asking for a refund ends your licence to use them, and you agree to delete the copies you hold, including any you have imported into a Make.com account.
If a blueprint will not import, or a step in the documentation does not work as written, tell us before you ask for a refund. We would rather fix it, and a fix helps the next buyer too. If we cannot fix it, you get the refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.
We do not refund a purchase because a scenario needed a paid Make.com plan or an app you do not have. Every product page lists what you need before you buy, under "What you need before you buy". Please read it.

Licence
- Use it inside one business, across as many Make.com accounts as that business owns.
- Change anything you like. It is your copy once you have it.
- You may not resell it, give it away, or publish the blueprint files anywhere public.
- To deploy it in a client's own Make.com account, you need the Agency Licence.

Questions
How many new packs will there be in twelve months?
I am not going to give you a number I cannot commit to. What I will say is what exists today, which is listed above, and that new packs are added to your download as they are released during those twelve months. Buy it for what is in it now, and treat the additions as an extra rather than the reason.
What happens after twelve months?
Nothing is charged and nothing is taken away. You keep every file you have received. You stop receiving new ones.
What is not in it?
Only the client deployment licences. Everything in The Vault is licensed for one business, which is yours. If you need to install these inside somebody else's account, that is The Vault, Five Clients or the Agency Licence, and both contain exactly these same files with a different licence attached.
