In short
These are working files, not advice and not a guarantee of results. They run in your systems, under your control, and you should test them before pointing them at real customers.
1. No claims about results
Nothing sold or published here promises a financial outcome. No revenue figure, no lead count, no review count, no hours saved.
We do not publish income claims, case studies with numbers we cannot evidence, or testimonials. When there are real ones, they will appear with the permission of the people who gave them. Until then there are none, and their absence is deliberate rather than an oversight.
That covers reviews as well. EU law requires a trader who publishes customer reviews to state whether and how it checks that they come from people who actually bought the thing. We publish no reviews or star ratings anywhere on this site, so there is nothing to verify and no rating to distrust.
2. Not professional advice
The documentation explains how to configure software. It is not legal, tax, accounting or data protection advice.
Where a product touches something regulated, the documentation says so and tells you to take your own advice. The review scenarios and the money scenarios both carry sections of that kind. Read them, and then ask someone qualified about your own market.
3. They run in your systems
A blueprint imported into your Make.com account runs under your connections, with your credentials, against your customers' data. We have no visibility of it and no ability to stop it.
Test every scenario against test data before you connect it to anything live. The setup guides say this at the start of every pack and it is the single most useful sentence in them.
4. Third-party platforms
Make.com, and every app a scenario connects to, are third-party services. They change their APIs, deprecate modules, alter their pricing and adjust their terms without consulting us.
We keep the blueprints working where we reasonably can, and Vault buyers receive updates during their twelve month window. We cannot promise a third party will not break something.

5. Accuracy
The file counts and page counts on each product page describe what is in the download at the time of writing. If a product is revised, those numbers are updated. If you find one that is wrong, email support@kettleford.com and we will correct it, because an inaccurate description is the thing this whole site is built to avoid.
These are operating policies, written to be accurate and specific. They are not legal advice.
