Delivery and Access

Everything sold here is a digital download. Nothing is posted and there are no shipping charges, delivery windows or destinations to worry about.

When your payment completes, Kit sends a receipt to the email address you used at checkout. That receipt carries a download button. Clicking it downloads the files. There is no waiting period and no manual step at our end.

You do not need an account with us. There is no login, no password to set and no dashboard, because there is nothing to keep track of beyond the files themselves.

Immediately. The receipt is generated by Kit as soon as the payment is confirmed, which is normally a few seconds.

If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check the spam folder first, because a receipt with a download link in it is exactly the shape of message some filters dislike. If it is not there, email support@kettleford.com and we will send the files directly.

The download link on your receipt does not expire on a timer we set. Keep the receipt and you can download again.

That said, download the files and keep your own copy. We host them through Kit, and we would rather you did not rely on someone else's service still being there in three years.

If you lose the receipt, email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with and we will send a fresh link.

A single archive. It holds the blueprint files, the documentation, any spreadsheet templates and a plain text licence file. Every product page lists exactly what is inside, with file counts, formats and page counts, under "What you receive".

Blueprint files are JSON, importable directly into Make.com. Documentation is PDF and diagrams are PNG. The workbook, where a product includes one, is an .xlsx you upload to your own Google Drive.

Everything sold here is files. There is no software to host, no account to create and no service to log in to. The largest product is a folder of blueprint files, a spreadsheet and its guides.

If you bought The Vault, new packs released in the twelve months after your purchase are added to your download and you are emailed when that happens. Nothing is charged for them.

After twelve months you keep everything you have received. You stop receiving new additions. No payment is taken and nothing is withdrawn.

Email support@kettleford.com. Tell us which product and roughly what happened, and we will send the files another way. This is a five minute problem and we would rather solve it than have you ask for a refund over it.
