Agency Licence

Everything Kettleford sells, licensed for deployment in your clients' own Make.com accounts.

The same files as The Vault, under a licence that lets you install and adapt them inside your clients' own accounts and charge for that work. The full licence text is on this page, above the buy button, because a licence you cannot read before you buy is the most common reason this kind of product ends up in a dispute.

What you need before you buy

  • A Make.com account. Most scenarios here run on the free plan. Where one needs a paid tier, the setup guide says so on the first page of that section.
  • Access to your clients' Make.com accounts, or their willingness to give it to you.
  • Everything listed on The Vault page.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email support@kettleford.com from the address you bought with, and say which product it is. You do not have to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, though that is your bank's timing rather than ours. The seller issues the refund directly; there is no third party you need to chase and no committee to persuade.

Because these are files you download, we cannot take them back. Asking for a refund ends your licence to use them, and you agree to delete the copies you hold, including any you have imported into a Make.com account.

If a blueprint will not import, or a step in the documentation does not work as written, tell us before you ask for a refund. We would rather fix it, and a fix helps the next buyer too. If we cannot fix it, you get the refund whether or not the 14 days have passed.

We do not refund a purchase because a scenario needed a paid Make.com plan or an app you do not have. Every product page lists what you need before you buy, under "What you need before you buy". Please read it.

The full refund policy page adds the sections on returns, cancellation and EU and UK consumer rights.

Agency Licence, in full

  • Scope. You may deploy and adapt any Kettleford blueprint inside the Make.com accounts of your clients, for up to 25 client businesses. A client business counts once, no matter how many of its Make.com accounts, brands or subsidiaries you install into.
  • Charging. You may charge your clients whatever you like for the work of installing, adapting, running or supporting the scenarios. That fee is yours in full.
  • What a client receives. A client receives a working scenario inside their own account. They do not receive the blueprint files, the documentation, the workbook or the spreadsheet templates, and you may not give them any of those.
  • If the relationship ends. Your client keeps the working scenario in their account. It is running their business and removing it would not be reasonable. They gain no right to the files, the documentation, or to pass either to anyone else. The client handover template included with this licence sets this out in language you can give to a client directly.
  • What this licence does not grant. It is not a resale licence. You may not sell the blueprint files or the documentation as a product, bundle them into a product of your own, rebrand the pack, or publish any of it. Several sellers in this market do grant resale rights. This licence deliberately does not.
  • Duration. The licence does not expire. The twelve month window attached to The Vault governs only which new packs are added to your download, and has no effect on your right to keep deploying what you already hold.
  • Exceeding 25 clients. Email hello@kettleford.com and we will agree something sensible. We would rather do that than have you buy a second copy or quietly go over the limit.

The full licence terms set out the standard licence, the client deployment licences and the Agency Licence together.

Questions

What counts as one client?

One client business, however many of its Make.com accounts or brands you install into. Twenty-five of them are covered. If you need more, email us and we will work something out rather than sell you a second copy.

Can I resell the blueprint files themselves?

No. This licence covers deploying and adapting them as part of work you do for a client. It does not let you sell the files as a product, rebrand the pack, or publish it. Several sellers in this market do grant resale rights; this licence deliberately does not, and that is worth knowing before you buy.

What happens when a client leaves me?

They keep the working scenario in their own account, because it is running their business and taking it away would not be reasonable. They do not get the blueprint files, the documentation or the right to pass either on. The handover template says this in language you can give to a client.

Does the licence expire?

No. The twelve month window on The Vault governs which new packs are added to your download. It does not affect your right to keep deploying what you already have.
